SPMW 4047 is shown during it's residence in Oakridge Oregon in the 1980. Numerous Steam era photos show a similar Jordan Spreader in heavy snow further up the mountain. Information on the web indicates an original build date in 1929 and an SP rebuild in 1953, which suggests the rear carbody sides and roof protecting the generator / compressor. This Jordan Spreader is on display at train Mountain near Chiloquin Oregon.
