Ross's Gull has only been found two times in our state. The first one in 1994 and this bird found by Jeff Heinlen on Dec 15. This is a MEGA Rare bird for the lower 48.

Aren't they beautiful?! We had one show up years ago at a sewage plant in Maryland. Unfortunately, it was before digital photography.
