July 3 2005:
The Wall

For the first time ever, I went up to London today armed with just my 17-40 lens with my camera – no telephoto. It worked quite well.

I discovered a small photographic exhibition at ‘The Bargehouse' , an old building behind the Oxo tower on the south bank.

Wonderful wide angle, low vantage image ...
I am really intrigued by this space ... looks deliciously dilapidated!

Dark and mysterious like the message. I'm still thinking about it. :)

Nice atmosphere here Ray.
Did you do anything with the thing you asked me?

I always go armed with one lens Ray (18-55)
except for the rare occasion when I decide to go long
(28-105).
We tough guys like to get in on the action!
;^)

I meant to say I like the contrast between the black wall and the old, weathered walls surrounding it.
