In Tallinn, Estonia's capital, there is a memorial to the 852 people who perished aboard the MV Estonia, which sunk in 1994 whilst making the crossing from here to Stockholm. Of those, 501 were Swedish and 285 Estonian.

I'm sure flowers are still regularly placed here, and these ones were on their way out.
