I guess it horses for courses. For one, I could not live in a place as small as this and also I'm used to having good public transport nearby. I do like the coast, but my ideal would be to live just a few miles away from it. Hayling Island is generally a seasidey place, but with not too many attractions associated with a bigger resort.
