This is from a little hole in the wall Bar-B-Q about 10 miles from the house.
They still smoke theirs in a pit. No ovens,no boiling,just smoke.Heck these things are like chewing on a charred piece of hickory!!! And look at that monster chicken,you don't get these at the supermarket,there is enough of the neck on this thing to tell it was "wrung"
