We took a Sunday drive out to the Huachuca Mountains. It was a beautiful day.
It was even more beautiful when I spotted this gorgeous hawk!

Oh, beautiful shot, Carol! Lovely details and light. A fence post in open country is definitely natural habitat for these hawks and puts the bird on a nice level with the camera. Really a terrific shot!
