Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area, Southeastern Arizona

Non-breeding adult (Oct-Mar)

When I first spotted this guy, I automatically thought it was another Western Grebe, until
I got home and studied the pictures.

They sure look a lot different than when they are in their breeding colors!
