Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area

We went to Whitewater Draw to greet the sunrise and watch the thousands of Sandhill Cranes take off
to spend the day in local fields. I think the estimate is 20,000 Sandhills this year.
We were blessed with both the Sandhills and the sunrise, plus I got lots of other birds and ducks.

I love the light that is in this lovely scene, and the lovely mountain range outlined so perfectly .
The wildlife in formation is lovely against the colorful sky.
Carol you did a wonderful image and a great frame to keep it safe forever.
