These pictures are from nest building spanning 2013, 2014, and 2020.
The Wren are back (2020) and building a nest in the eaves of my deck.
My windows are dirty but these pictures give some idea of the activity.
In 2013 they built their nest in a flower pot. I hadn’t realized
it’s been 6 years since they built a nest in the eaves. That year they
nourished 3 babies.
