This is my visual interpretation of
a popular Christian motif—Jesus standing at
the door knocking. My visualization sees Jesus
as the Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53.

The biblical text is in the book of Revelation 3:18-20.
“I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire …
and white garments so that you may clothe yourself,
… and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see…
I stand at the door and knock;
if anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
