Added Tbsp Fig Vinegar
2 tsp Maple Syrup
Garlic
Basil
1/4 C Low Sodium V8 juice
1/2 Can ChicPeas (rinsed)
Handful chopped Spinach/Kale
1/2 C Chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 C Chopped Onion
Cup Chopped Cauliflower
1 small Potato (Chopped)
1/2 sliced Apple
TBSP Nutritional Yeast
tsp Liquid Amino’s
Garlic, Rosemary, Pepper, Parsley
Cook on High 2.5 hours
Delicious
Serve with slice seed Bread toast with Avocado
The remaining juice makes a tasty gravy.
