  Tasty new recipe with Cornbread—yesterday 
I cooked a bag of Blackeyed peas. Today I combined the peas with 
1/4 C Coconut Milk, 
2 C water, 
TBSP Rosemary, 
1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp Garlic, 
1/2 tsp or Tsp Tumeric, 
3 Carrots chopped, 
one small Potato sliced, 
small Onion chopped, 
1/2 C Cashew Cream Sauce (Cheese substitute), and a 
handful of Fresh Spinach (added to pot for last 15 minutes).
Jiffy Mix Cornbread —1/3 C nondairy milk and 
I substitute 1/4 C applesauce for the egg. 
Bake 15 to 20 mins at 400F degrees.
