Air Fryer sliced Apples, Onions, Yellow Squash,
Potatoes with Salt, Pepper, Ginger, Chives.
Such a pleasing variety of tastes combined.
If you have an Air a fryer, this combination
is a pleasant surprise. Sometimes add tomato and leave out apple.
Air Fryer 400 for 15 minutes.
Shake up twice.
(Because of Kidney Disease I cooked the potato slices
@3 minutes before putting into Air Fryer to lessen starch/potassium.)
