This is another variation on the Cornbread based
Potpie posted below in the gallery. 
Used 2 boxes of Vegetarian Jiffy Cornbread Mix 
And used as base. I didn’t have any Cashew Cheese 
Sauce so left it out. 
Topped cornbread with a thick layer of Barbecue Soy Curls
 (recipe in gallery); sprinkled Generous amount of Nutritional Yeast. 
Topped with sautéed vegetables including chopped Valdalia
Onions, Mushrooms, Greens —-whatever you have. 
Added chopped tomatoes and more Nutritional Yeast. 
Herbs: Garlic, Basil, Ginger, Thyme, Pepper. 
Baked at 400F for @50 minutes.
