  If you are looking for a delicious way to eat more GREENS like Kale, this might be a good choice. I eat Greens every day for the health of my arteries. Can become boring. Tonight I did this and it is —wow! Why didn’t I think of this sooner! 
2 Cups Chopped Kale (Packed)
1/2 Sliced Apple
4 or 5 whole Cranberries
Steam for 12 minutes 
Add a small squirt Red Wine Vinegar 
Stir together so juice from the apple and Cranberries coats the Kale. 
Salt, Pepper & Basil; a dash of Ginger
Delicious!
