VegsGrainFruitRoots vs. Meat

This composition combines 5 photos; all but the tomato pic taken today.

(Tile filter)

Regarding the "old and the new," I'm thinking there was a time in the distant past
when only vegs\grains\fruit\roots were eaten. Thinking some cultures have remained meatless to this day.

Great collage and idea! It´s true that, if you eat more veggies, grains, fruit, roots, white lean meat and fish you expand your life span and get less sick!! V. (and exercising!)
