These are stunning! I just got a new Rebel, and I'm trying to learn about lenses. Thanks for sharing so much useful info.

Great macro's Charles. Having just got the 300D I am desperate to get a macro lens and shoot some dragonflies. I have been using the S7000 Fuji until now. Have a look at my site if you like www.pbase.com/alexwinser

These are truly amazing pics. I have just got the lense, so I think I must have to get the off-camera flash if I am to get anywhere near as good shots that you have. Excellent.
