Photo a Day, Day 223...Liked how the thorns really stand out in this Barberry bush shot. You typically don't see them in the summer until they are in you... Perhaps the thorns are the reason the deer don't like them? I also really liked the colors on the leaves in the background which is why I went with the smaller ap... though I waited too late in the day to get it and had to bump up to 800 ISO.

I've also posted some shots my son took at the Nature Center this weekend in his gallery. He's a little aspiring photographer with quite an eye for things.
