Thank you all so very much!!! John, I didn't get too close to this one, but it did see me and didn't hurry off. Haven't been able to get too close to the red-breasted ones though. Your friend is very lucky to have that experience...now I'll be on the look out for more opportunities.grin

That's so beautiful. Do the White-breasted allow the close approach that the Red-breasted do? A friend has a feeder just outside a window and if she opens the window they will come right into her house - amazing to see. John
