Thanks Char, actually birds have incredible eyesight. They have telescopic vision too, can see a speck on the ground and zero in on it, clearly. This is a female sparrow.

Fantastic stop action! What a wonderful shot. I heard that birds have poor eyesight. I never really believed it because they seem to be pretty alert to movements. Especially Bluejays, I never saw such a skidish bird. Is this a Finch?
