Repetitively seeing this photo and of course not forgetting the ¡§old fashion¡¨, I¡¦ve only one word to describe and that is ¡§Excellent¡¨. The colors and contrast just ¡§works¡¨¡K.

B/W is not well represented anymore. It's just too easy to shoot and display color. I know, I've had my own darkroom for 30+ years and rarely do b/w digitally. This is a real inspirational photo. I HAVE to work with more b/w conversions. It's just a wonderful, expressive medium. This photo is just awesome. Perfect use of b/w to concentrate on the woman and her situation and color would be VERY distracting and would completely change the impact.
