We stopped to take some shots of the Henry Whitehead cabin. The colors weren't yet brilliant, but they were definately showing some fall color. From here we stopped down one of the lanes where I spotted the first bear of the trip, though none of the shots really came out that great. We decided to wrap up the first day of the trip with a nice campfire and dinner and some sleep to get ready for the next full day of adventure.
