Rich finally decided to come down to Florida so we took the opportunity to explore South Georgia islands. On today's agenda was Cumberland Island, part of the Georgia Golden Isles. The only way to reach the Island is via boat - the NPS operates a ferry that will take you to the island and leaves out of Saint Mary's Georgia. This shot was from the top deck of the ferry while we were waiting to motor off to the island. It was a chilly morning, but was forecasted to warm up nicely.
