After we wandered through the old structures, we decided to hike down Rough Fork Trail, at the end of the gravel road through the Valley. The Rough Fork Trail provides an easy walk along the creek, with several log footbridges. Along the way we found quite a number of plants and mushrooms to shoot. While most people brag about how fast they can hike, we take pleasure in bragging about how long it takes us since we stop every few feet for something new and interesting that we've seen along the way. This was the first stop on the mile long path.
