I was stationed in Landstuhl from 1974-1977. I served in Bad Krueznach from 1980-1983 and my youngest daugter was born at the Army hospital.

Wow, I remember this actual gas station. I used to spend the night at the Paush house as a kid. They lived above this gas station, I believe on the top floor as I recall. The kid was named Robert Paush and we looked like we could have been brothers, it ws freaky.

This is on Saarbrückerstr toward the center of town around the corner to the right - the other Esso Station is on the left
