I used a Cuisinart blender for this batch. I had to push the contents down frequently, but other than that, it seemed the right tool for the job. I thought about using my immersion blender and decided against it. We do have a food processor. Somewhere. It was a wedding present. Dave

Not my thing to eat but I’m very curious which food processor you use to create the purée, it’s very smooth. Paul
