I like the angle of view, initially this was a top down shot, or at least 3/4's. In realizing my plan was wrong, the ice did start to melt a little, maybe ruining one of my foam white boards.
Be that as it may, this bowl was accidentally knocked off a kitchen counter in late December and helped form my choice of topics for this Challenge. The imagined image I wanted to shoot did work out...
The bowl in question is one of a set...they are so good, so useful, I have bought a 2nd set of three and even written a review in praise of these moderately expensive bowls...good and large enough for all purposes.
Very well done especially the color of the light, the shadows and the patience exhibited waiting on the melting ice. Looking closer is that grandma’s prized porridge bowl? She is gonna be pissed to no end and I wouldn’t wanna be you know who. Paul
