The choice I had was a house salad, or a Ceasar salad. I think they started with the same base, ran it down the table and built it to order. I guess the croutons always get added. They add an interesting texture from a photo view.

Very nice, oddly the croutons bother me....kind of antithetical to salad..sorry a rough opinion.
