We were out last night with our Euchre group. The hostess made us this cheesecake. EXCELLENT!
Superior crust to Costco's.

It has been a good week for deserts.

Traveller, the recipe I use has only four ingredients, not counting the crust (for which I sometime use Oreo) and optional toppings. Dave

It doesn't seem right that people can...just like...presto...make their own cheesecake. The fact that someone can make their own cheesecake seems to violate some basic moral principle embedded deep in the fabric of the Universe. Are you sure that the Hostess is human, or is she just pretending? Traveller
