The "R/T" tells me all I need to know. It signifies a naturally aspirated 5.7L V8 engine.

Hellcats, Redeyes, and Demons had supercharged V8s. The upcoming Charger Six Pack will have a 3.0L twin-turbocharged Hurricane inline six.

Electric propulsion is now available for those not wanting cylinders in which gasoline is combusted under the hood. Not sure about splitter guards on the latest models.

Kansas is also a rear plate only state, Missouri on the other hand is both.

Never ever would I challenge Dave when it comes to details about a car (he is the car guy after all) but I am surprised this Challenger (or charger) wouldn’t have a turbocharger since both are considered high performance autos. even my 2019 4 banger Ford Ranger has one. I absolutely can tell when the turbo kicks in which is rare since I drive like an old man. Paul

No turbo in that. And some people find not removing the splitter guards entertaining.
