Not much work. In most crop tools there is a horizon level line - just run it across the window on the left.
And keep the curb et al, the challenge is light and dark and your foreground from curb in is a great transition.

Straight from my phone. I agree it needs work. I have another version without the curb and foreground illuminated by another car's headlamps (I shot this from my car). The campus is very hilly, so leveling anything can be a challenge. The road is likely to be tilted, because it is!
