This was actually on the side street to the Pasadena Police Department, and also the gate where squad cars enter and exit.
However, I frequently park here to go to the courts and so this is where I was and took a chance to take this picture. Personally, I wanted to get out a tripod and try this from a couple of different lower distant angles but since this was an active Street and not only an active street but an active street with police cars, discretion was the better part of artistry....lol
