01 Seafood Paella

Green Valley, AZ

Cooking dinner tonight - a seafood paella.
I start with a Trader Joe's frozen package, then add more shrimp and scallops.
The seafood has certainly seen a boat in its journey to my table.

Dave - I did a pretty good job on it. For a commercial dish, it is really pretty tasty.
I also added some crab meat to the mix - I forgot to mention that.
