Hard to believe I took this 12 years ago with a Canon G2 - I camera I really enjoyed. A little modern software increased the pixel density and improved the sharpness a lot.
I didn't do a lot with this shot. It was originally shot in raw. I took it through Lightroom and adjusted the tones and contrast, a small amount of noise reduction, and some capture sharpening.
I then took it into Photoshop where I increased the image size from 4MP to 9.7MP (2700 x 3600 px) .
I then used Topaz Denoise AI, not necessarily for denoising but for its sharpening. It cleaned up the sky a lot; and it sharpens quite well.
I then finalized it with Topaz Shapen AI primarily to deblur the photo. That really brought out the figures near the bottom.
