Yes, they do close at 10:00PM (I believe), but when I grew up there were no gates and fishermen would be out that all night long...it was a destination at any hour. No so now.
Excellent! A sunset and silhouette combination always draws me in but this has more such as the perfect timed gull flying thru and the nearby couple. Are those gates closable, do they close off access to the pier at night?? Paul
