Thanks Jim and Traveller. This was taken on a dolphin cruise as part of a NZ photo tour that I did late last year. That morning I took about 700 shots and got about 5 that were worth showing to anyone. Most of the rest were of splashes where the dolphin had completed its leap and gone back into the water. Luckily, sometimes a dolphin makes several leaps in a short time and it's possible to more or less predict - sometimes. Michael.
Got my Vote! A difficult shot indeed...that you pulled off well...this is kind of amazing to me, (I have had a lack of success in shooting a dolphin...I know how almost impossible this shot is). Traveller
