T - Thanks. I did do some tonal enhancements on this one.
Re vertical lines, I am not really sure, but have some guesses. I was fairly close to this, and I had the camera very level. When I look at a couple of the other pics I took, some of the trees on the edges are also quite straight. In all of them I held the camera level. If you look at the shots I have in pending, when I am "looking up" I get the distorsion.
This was my favoirite from your PB gallery....if shot so wide, how did you keep the vertical lines so parallel? I don't see much distortion at all...lovely image. Traveller
