Breakfast without condiments isn't really breakfast. The appropriate condiment for breakfast sausage patties, including the vegan ones shown here, is Dijon mustard, and the appropriate condiment for breakfast potatoes is, of course, ketchup (preferably Heinz). Breakfast potatoes without ketchup is like chips without vinegar--totally unacceptable.
