I recognize the draw of shooting flowers in the Spring. After a dark, dreary and mostly grey Winter, colorful Spring flowers seem to draw the eye like magnets. Flowers are probably one of the most photographed non-human subjects, which makes it a challenge to shoot them in new and interesting ways. When I see this colorful photo of daffodils in the context of this challenge, I see your joy in seeing them and photographing them. This is how photography can be therapeutic - it helps us notice and see the beauty that is all around us.
Thanks K for your comment. Since the daffodils droop downward, I was already lying on the ground to get this up close shot. I don't think that the shot could have been anymore "low down". It was nice to see that a few more entries have been made to the challenge this weekend. Ed.
Nice picture, Ed and great lighting. The only thing is that the picture is a bit "traditional". I think if you would shoot it from different angle (from low down ?) or with a background light or whatever ... it may be would work better for this challenge
