Cold Water Steam at 11 Degrees Below Zero F.
Fox River, Appleton, Wisconsin. BTW the wind chill was -35.
Camera Battery did not hold up very long.

the steam makes this rather painterly. i think i'd burn it a bit to bring forth some of the b/g, but only at a very low opacity. just a thought. shu

Thanks, Traveller. That's part of a dam structure/cat-walk. There's been so much snow and earlier in the year lot of rain. The flood-gates are open more than normal.
