How interesting Tom, I guess that is the level of lying comfortably on your back, languid, easy living....I never thought of it that way. Thanks, Best wishes, Traveller

Love the beach but rarely get to see it any more so this is appreciated as an evocative view from sand level sunbathing in the old days.

very nice! the image looks well-balanced and consequently it has appeal! it's the people, trees and deep shadows in the sand that add interest to an otherwise rather average shot, imo! that's our treveller -- the guy w the eye!!! he always finds something to peak our interest!! shu

to me, the palm trees are deliberately left there to anchor the right side of the frame. this initially was supposed to be a Running Fence, (see famous artwork of same), but, I left that frame for one with more life in it....they are different things.

I love the fact that you, Bruce, make real suggestions....but I need the trees, in my opinion, to show that this is Calif and balance out the frame a little.

Honest people can honestly disagree.

The stark lines of the fence are a nice contrast to the undulating sand. The game behind it is well captured. I think maybe the trees distract a little, inasmuch as they aren't behind the fence.

This is nice. I like the line formed by the top of the fence. Regards, Michael
