The Magical Front Yard

.
.
.
.
Is this damned title long enough?....lol

I'll try to come up with something better. The image is...just different than I saw in my mind's eye

I have a brighter one, but I think I want the foreground to be...dark, dark, to be off set by something happening just beyond the dark sidewalk...though a little obscured, as magic often is.

This may also look different in a daylight viewing. We'll see.

This is great, Traveller. I like the subtle detail --- the more one looks the more that is seen.

i can hardly see this but what i do see is excellent! the image is filled w intrigue as tho the dark shadows reaching across the path are about to grab some unsuspecting female by the leg. shu

I had to turn the lights off to appreciate this shot but it works with a little effort. Good art sometimes places unusual demands on the viewer... like looking at it.

I too like the shadow play of the fence. Rich in mystery!

I think maybe the right 1/4 of the frame could be lopped off, though.

Yes, I like the Picket Fence Shadows also, this was supposed to be a pre-halloween shot, black and white and spooky, but the colors came out so weirdly well....I had to take the image in a different direction.

Best Wishes, Traveller
