The wires and stuff don't line up very well because of the complexity but I had to do something 'different' as a talking point..... ;-)
After all, what can match those stunning images already posted ...scheeeesh?
Thanks for commenting everyone, I'll try for something a little less 'busy'.
Insidentially, that plane took off at the nearby Melbourne Airpost so I captured it as well.. it is an A380 Airbus.
Fabulous, Bob! I love that this one doesn't actually have a planet, just a point! I like the way some of the wires come out of the circle and zip off out of the frame. Did you add those? The plane is inspired! Not sure what you can do about the wires that don't meet up top center. That happens when your horizontals aren't the same on the right and left of the image, maybe cloning a tower in there would make it look like the wires from both sides were terminating in the tower. Really fun! ~Sharon
I had a look at the thumbnail and thought "What in the world could THAT be?". Then I opened the image and still my mind was stuck at "What in the world could THAT be?" It was only after another blink or three that I began to realise that Mr Melbob must been at work here!
I still need to try one of these images myself. Thanks for reminding me of something that is still on my "bucket list".
On a more serious note: I guess this type of transformation only works with some images and this one had too much detail in it, or that somehow the beginning and the end did not tie up as perfectly as you would have liked?
