Olaf, I'm thinking that what you're thinking is probably dead on correct. This one was originally glued to the road. They didn't use very good glue as it came unstuck shortly after it was attached.

What I am thinking of comes in different colors ranging from yellow over orange to red - sometimes even "white" (clear really) - and is made for the dark.

"Inconceivable!" Olaf, well, I think that your thinking that you know what this is and you're mostly right but might be a little bit surprised. Perhaps you think that I thought that you thought..... It is possible that my hand did slip a little on the hue slider. I think this started out yellow or yellowish. Is that what you thought. LOL
