Eagles in Berthoud

Eagles in Berthoud, CO 2/20/2005, nesting around Bethoud Reservoir befor flying north.
They have been loitering around this reservoir for a week. Today we counted 17 eagles in
the trees around the area.

My Canon 400mm IS L lens was in the shop for cleaning and lubrication so these were shot with my Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L lens.
