The F Line operate exclusively as a heritage line, although regular transit fares are only required. San Francisco Municipal Transit owns and operates old cars from its original fleet and cars from fleets around the world long ago retired. The route is along the Embarcadero from Fisherman's Wharf to the Ferry Building, and then along Market Street to the Castro District.
