C'mon, admit it- we all glance as we drive by. I am seeing these creatures as purely sculptural beings, and trying to impart some dignity to them as well. My aim here is to be thought- provoking, NOT gratuitous! Nothing you see has been manipulated, posed, moved, or staged in any way.

This is the most extraordinary, mind-stimulating gallery I've come across.
Never thought of doing such a gallery but even if I did . . .

Not my cuppa I'm afraid. I prefer life...'when it's alive I mean.
These 'de-compositions' give me the creeps.

These images could also have a home in your "Still Life" gallery, because in a way, they are still life compositions ... ahh well, bad pun. I was looking for a flattened red shoe, but no such luck--yet. Glad you included the discarded bottle and can along the roadside. We can learn a lot about a society by what goes into its dumps and landfills, and I don't ever remember anybody doing a study of what our roadsides have to say about our culture. Even one stretch of road, monitored for a year or so.... would have to say. Every time the idea flashes through my mind, I dismiss it, but I'm starting to give it some serious thought after picking up the recent junk that landed around a nearby roadside memorial.

...so wrong, but yes, I was actually looking at a squashed fox the other day and thought, hmmm, that would make an interesting picture...than I thought ...what would people driving by think.
