A simple supper – parcook new potatoes for about 10 minutes, then tip into a roasting pan with a dash of olive oil and good pork sausages.
Mix together a Tbs grain mustard and a Tbs honey, together with a tsp of chopped fresh thyme, season with freshly ground black pepper
and a little sea salt and brush this over the potatoes and sausages. Roast in a 180°C oven for about 25 – 30 minutes, until
the sausages are nicely browned and the potatoes cooked, basting and turning from time to time. Sprinkle over more fresh thyme
and serve with something green!
