Cook linguine according to the packet directions. Meanwhile, fry a chopped crushed clove of garlic
with a pinch of fennel seeds and a pinch of dried chilli flakes for a couple of minutes, then add halved
cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple more minutes. Tip in prepared crab meat – equal quantities of brown
and white if you have it – together with the juice of a lemon and heat gently. Drain the pasta and mix into
the sauce, adding a splash of the pasta cooking water if it seems dry. Season and garnish with chopped parsley.
